Privacy notice
What this website collects, which is very little, and what we do with an enquiry.
Privacy
This website
The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. We do not receive personal data from either.
Enquiries
The contact form opens an email in your own email client. Nothing is sent to or stored on this site. When you email us we keep your message and our reply for as long as the enquiry or any resulting work is live, and for six years afterwards for professional record keeping. We use your details only to reply and to do any work you ask for. We do not sell, rent or share them for marketing.
Engagements
Client data received during a job is handled under the confidentiality and data terms of the scope document, which take precedence over this notice.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Write to hello@assostechltd.com.
